The employees of the Service Center can be reached from monday to friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and on saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the telephone number 0711/124-45091.
Alternatively, you can send us a short written order with your signature.
You will find a corresponding form attached here. You can also use the form to request a new online banking PIN.
You can send it to us either by fax to 0711/124-45669 or signed as an e-mail attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
It is of course also possible to send it by post to Baden Württembergische Bank , Dept. 6286/H, 70144 Stuttgart.
We will unlock your access as soon as possible after receipt.
