Blocked online login and PIN

Dear Customer Service Personnel at BW-bank,
Please my BW-bank online login has been blocked due to my error in entries of wrong PIN.
Please kindly help me unlock my online login and PIN. A reset procedure to email will be helpful.

Hello,

we will be happy to unblock your online banking.

For security reasons, please contact our Service Centre by telephone to unblock your account. The employees can be reached on Mondays to Fridays between 08:00 - 20:00 and on Saturdays between 09:00 - 14:00 under the telephone number 0711/124-45091.

Otherwise, you can also send us the completed and signed form in the attachment.

You can either fax it to 0711 / 124 45669 or send it signed to entsperrung@bw-bank.de as an e-mail attachment. It is of course also possible to send it by post to Baden Württembergische Bank, Dept. 6272/H, 70144 Stuttgart.

We will unblock your access as soon as possible after receipt.

Of course, you can also unblock your account at any of our local branches. Please bring your identity card or passport with you.
