Hello Ong,
the e-mail you received is a so called "soft delete", which is necessary due to data protection if users have not logged in for more than 24 months or have used the account for other purposes. In this case, the user profile is deleted. However, the contributions remain in anonymised form (instead of user name only "user" or "anonymous user").
Since you have now logged into the community, your access will remain.
