change the daily transfer limit

Dear team,

I tried to change my the daily transfer limit: Online banking-> setup & change->Limit & Activations->Change dailiy limits->Security Questions, it asked me to input birthday and card number, due to wrong entries(should be the Karten-Nr on the back of card), this function was blocked. Can you please unlock this page, or help me to set the new limit?

if you cannot, please let me know normally how long this function will be available again?

the lock is valid for 24 hours and cannot be unlocked before.

However, you can send us a TAN-legitimized order for a limit increase via the following link:

Please tell us in the message the involved account and the desired amount of the transfer limit.

We will make the change for you and you can make the transfer afterwards.
