I can no longer make online payments because of an update in the BW-bank app.
Since a recent update I can no longer approve my expenses via the BW app and I can therefore no longer make payments online (for example book airport parking etc.)
A technical error occurred recently. An update of the app (Android 1.3.1 and iOS 1.2.1) that fixes this error has already been made available for installation. The error no longer exists.
In this case, you would have to register for the BW-Secure app again if your profile no longer appears in the app. You can find step-by-step instructions on our homepage.
If the re-registration does not work, please contact the BW-Secure hotline on 0711-127 49000.
