Hello,
for security reasons, we ask you to contact our service centre by telephone to unlock the device.
The employees can be reached Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 20:00 and Saturday between 09:00 - 14:00 under the telephone number 0711/124-45091.
Alternatively, you can also send us the unlocking order with your signature.
You will find a corresponding form in the attachment.
You can send it to us either by fax to 0711 / 124 45669 or signed as an e-mail attachment to entsperrung@bw-bank.de
Of course, it is also possible to send it by mail to the Baden Württembergische Bank, Dept. 2926/H, 70144 Stuttgart. We will activate your access as soon as possible after receipt.
At our branches you also have the possibility to unlock your online banking contract.
Please bring your identity card/passport with you.
