In this case, you have to activate the international payment transactions in your Online-Banking.
Therfor please login first under https://www.bw-bank.de. You find it on the left side under "Profil und Einstellungen > Banking-Einstellungen und Sicherheit > Sicherheit Ihres Online-Bankings > Ausland freischalten“.
Here you can select the current account and make the activation for the desired country.
In the Mobilebanking App you finde it under „Services > Service-Center > Service-Themen > Zahlungsverkehr > Freischaltung Ihrer Konten für Überweisungen ins Ausland".
Pease note that the Community is a public internet platform. If you enter your personal- or account related data, it will be visible to everyone. Therefore we have deleted your attachment.
