Closing my account with BW

I need to close my account with BW. I would like to do it online. I can provide you with all the necessary proof. I couldn't close it before leaving Germany since my salary was to be credited to that account. Could you please assist me with this.

We regret your decision to close your account.

For security reasons, we require a short written order with your original signature to close your current account.

Please state your new bank details in your letter so that we can clear the final balance and enclose a copy of your identity card (front and back).

If you still have our online banking service, you can also send us your request within the internet branch, after logging in with your log-in name and PIN, via https://www.bw-bank.de/auftrag-uebermitteln. Please also briefly state where you would like the remaining credit to be transferred to. This order must then be confirmed with a TAN. Your order cannot be processed if you do not specify a clearing account.
